HOW MUCH DO WE PAY FOR OUR SPIRIT ITEMS?

All your spirit items are completely free! All costs are covered by your sponsors.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

You can give the items away for free or sell them and keep 100% of the money. The choice is yours! Just make sure all your spirit items are passed out so the sponsors can be recognized in your community.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

We always work a season in advance. This gives us plenty of time for our awesome graphic artists to work with your sponsors to create their customized artwork. Once all artwork is complete and payment has been received from the sponsors we produce your items and get them shipped to you.

WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONFIRMATION LETTER?

The confirmation letter lets us know all about your school including colors, mascot and which department we are working with and any special requests you might want on your items. Sponsors also feel confident supporting your school when they see that we have your permission.

WHERE DO I SEND MY AD?

You may send your ad to us at Art@ASF-Direct.com

WILL I RECEIVE A SOUVENIR?

Yes! We will send you a souvenir with your customized Ad at the same time we ship the school their free spirit items.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO CREATE MY AD?

Our customer service representative will contact you after your order is placed. She will work with you to create your perfect Ad. Our graphic artists can work with your current logo, business card, website, Facebook page or they can create a totally new Ad for your business.

CAN I PARTICIPATE WITHOUT PLACING AN AD?

Yes! We have many sponsorships without business ads. Words of support and encouragement are always welcome on the spirit items.

WHO ARE YOU WORKING WITH AT THE SCHOOL?

We work with any group within the school who would love to have free spirit items. Band, Student Council, Choir, Athletics, JROTC, are just a few examples. We request the person in charge for any particular group to provide us a signed confirmation letter of the program agreement; however not all schools do this as the agreement is made verbally over the phone. Feel free to ask our customer service representative if your school has a confirmation letter on file.
